HOW DO I BOOK SERVICES?
Services are booked through out the week for weddings & other Special events. We require a signed contract along with a Deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDIBLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. We require the final balance 2 days in advance prior to your event. Remaining balance or deposits must be placed under 1 single payment by responsible contract party. Please take into consideration that dates are not reserved without contract & deposits.

We accept Electronic payment only Venmo, zelle, *** No Checks ***
Does Pink Ladies offer trials?
Yes, we offer Trials Mon- Fridays by appointment only Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for Weddings. Appointment must be scheduled in advance 2/3 wks, trials are 3 hours or less depending on services wanted. Trials consist of full consultation, skin care routine, makeup application and hairstyle desired. Appointment is recommended to be used for your engagements or any prior event.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR BOOKING SERVICES?
New policy change on travel. We have a minimum of 3 or more in order to travel. If only 1 person is needing services only team leads will provide services depending on availability.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
We can accommodate as many as needed. When signing contract full head count must be applied, to ensure the amount of stylist needed at the time of services. changes can be made 60 days prior to event.
DO YOU OFFER TRADITIONAL AND AIRBRUSH MAKEUP SERVICES?
Yes, We offer both services as needed.
Airbrush has a flawless skin like finish, its water proof, smudge proof, and long lasting.
Traditional Makeup, is also long lasting, and beautiful recommended for anyone wanting to have a natural to bold glam.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO COMPLETE EACH SERVICE?
We strive to dedicated our time to provide the perfect look for everyone. We do not like to rush any service for any of our bridal parties or other attendees. We require a 45-1 hr window for each service provided. Some services may take less time depending on the desired looks for both hair n makeup.
DO YOU OFFER MEN’S GROOMING?
Yes we do offer hairstyling, including braids, hair products.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Event cancellations may be made up to 2months in advance. Any and all retainers made to reserve the date are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
NEW COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS: Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases we have precautions in place. Not only for the safety of you & family but also for my team we ask to be courteous towards this matter. We will be wearing masks & protective gear as necessarily needed. We ask you that if any members of your party have been in contact with someone who has had covid or has any symptoms or suspects to have covid to please get checked due to our safety as we as to have small children and or have medical complications. WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE TEST THAT STATES NEGATIVE STATUS IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH RENDERING SERVICES. If that person refuses to get checked or ignores any symptoms, we will also have the right to refuse services being rendered.
